Our storage unit property is located at 25 Bradley Street in Putnam and offers (10) garage bays all under (1) roof to be used for storage purposes only. Vehicle repair is NOT permitted at this facility.

The building is a wooden structure with concrete floors throughout.


Each bay has it's own garage door measuring 7'-7" wide by 6'-8" high. The units are 19' deep and the interior height ranges from 9'-6" at the front to 7'-6" in the back. 
All units are water tight and equipped with a GFCI electrical outlet and (2) light fixtures operated by a hand wound timer. Power to the units can be controlled per bay.

The unit cost is $75 per month without power with a 3 month lease payable in advance.
Power to the unit can be controlled per bay at a cost of $15 per month.
